   So it appears to have failed on:
   
       make[1]: Entering directory '/mnt/rust/src/apps'
   
   Some $(MAKE) -C $(CONFIG_APPS_DIR) ... failed probably because the 
   CONFIG_APPS_DIR is not valid.?? Check your .config to see.?? You might 
   need to use the -a option with configure.sh to let it know where the 
   apps/ directory is located.
