Hi @xiaoxiang781216 ive opened two new PR'a to replace this one. #19856 fixes a performance regression with alignment issues on riscv hardware. #19857 adds the original C based optimizations I had here to the generic newlib versions. As mentioned in both issues above, performance testing needs to be done on real hardware, which I've done for riscv EIC7700.
