    arch/arm/stm32h7: move common chip selects to STM32_H7_PERIPHERALS
    
    The 20 selects that were repeated identically in every STM32_STM32H7*
    helper are moved to STM32_H7_PERIPHERALS, leaving only the chip
    specific ones in the per-family helpers.
