Two declarations in eic7700x_start.c are followed immediately by a statement, which nxstyle reports as "Missing blank line after declarations". Both predate this series and are already in master, but CI runs checkpatch over the whole range rather than per commit, so any change touching this file is reported against them. Whitespace only, no functional change.
