## Summary
1) Select the correct OCOTP headers for both imxrt117x and imxrt118x, when
hardware/imxrt_ocotp.h is included.
For imxrt117x there is actually a bug in the include path, which is
circumvented by including hardware/imxrt117x_ocotp.h directly whereever needed.
The bug would bite, if someone included the hardware/imxrt_ocotp.h for that
platform.
2) Add CHIP_ID and UNIQUE_ID addresses in imxrt118x_ocotp.h
## Impact
No impact on existing configurations, allows reading CHIP_ID and UUID for
imxrt118x from OCOTP shadow registers.
## Testing
Tested with external app, code:

uint32_t chip_id = (getreg32(IMXRT_OCOTP_CHIP_ID) >>
IMXRT_OCOTP_CHIP_ID_SHIFT)
& IMXRT_OCOTP_CHIP_ID_MASK;
```
Chip-id returns correctly 1189 SoC.
```
uuid_words[0] = getreg32(IMXRT_OCOTP_UNIQUE_ID_MSB);
uuid_words[1] = getreg32(IMXRT_OCOTP_UNIQUE_ID_LSB);
```
Return the SoC UUID 0x78c514102641ccf8 on my EVK board.
