   # Summary

   Add CMake build support for the `stm32l476vg-disco` board.

   ## Purpose

   The `stm32l476vg-disco` board did not have the CMakeLists.txt files required
   to build its configurations with the NuttX CMake build system.

   ## Changes

   * Add `boards/arm/stm32l4/stm32l476vg-disco/CMakeLists.txt`.
   * Add `src/CMakeLists.txt` with the board source-file selection equivalent
     to the existing Make-based build.
   * Migrate the board's `/etc` ROMFS handling to `nuttx_add_romfs()` using
     `RCRAWS` for the existing `rcS` and `rc.sysinit` files.
   * Keep the existing Make-based build files and generated `etc_romfs.c`
     unchanged for compatibility with the Make build system.

   ## Impact

   This change affects the build system for `stm32l476vg-disco:nsh`.

   ## Testing

   The following configuration was built successfully locally:

   ```text
   Board: stm32l476vg-disco
   Config: nsh
   Architecture: ARM / STM32L4
   Host: Linux / x86_64
   Compiler: arm-none-eabi-gcc 16.1.x
   CMake: 4.4.2
   ```

   Build command:

   ```bash
   cmake -S . -B build -DBOARD_CONFIG=stm32l476vg-disco:nsh
   cmake --build build -j$(nproc)
   ```

   Build result:

   ```text
   [100%] Built target nuttx
   [100%] Generating nuttx.bin
   [100%] Generating nuttx.hex
   [100%] Generating System.map
   ```

   Memory usage:

   ```text
   flash: 117968 B / 512 KB  (22.50%)
   sram:    8480 B / 96 KB   ( 8.63%)
   sram2:      0 B / 32 KB   ( 0.00%)
   ```

   Runtime/hardware testing was not performed.
