URL: https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/20397

   ## Why

   When its oscillator stops, the PCF85263 sets OS in the seconds register and
keeps whatever it held. The driver returned that as the time. A saluki-nxp93
came up in 2104, and so did its logs:

   ```
   INFO  [logger] Opened full log file: /fs/microsd/log/2104-02-06/11_25_34.ulge
   ```

   ## How

   Check OS after the burst read and return `-EAGAIN`, as the driver already
does before it is enabled. The clock starts unset; the first `settime` clears
OS.

   Plus the one blank line `nxstyle` wants in `rtc_bcd2bin()`.

   ## Tested

   saluki-nxp93, i.MX93:

   | | clock at boot |
   | --- | --- |
   | OS set, before | `2104-02-06` |
   | OS set, after | `1970-01-01`, unset |
   | after `settime`, power cycled | kept, `Wed, Sep 30 04:38:27 2026` |

   `tools/checkpatch.sh` clean.
