## Summary
This PR adds two small usbdev fixes:
- Fix a small mismatch in usb phy pll bring-up sequence. It didn't follow
the reference manual. Checked against both imxrt1170 and imxrt1180 reference
manuals. There is no observed issue with the existing code - I found this
inconsistency with RM while debugging something else, and I thought that it is
better to have the sequence strictly according to the RM to avoid random issues
in the future.
- Add support for ARMV8M_DCACHE_LINESIZE to be able to compile on M33 with
caches enabled, and correct
alignment in imxrt1180-evk board-specific dma memory allocation code.
## Impact
Doesn't touch anything but imxrt code, no functional impact on any current
boards. Fixes usb operation on imxrt118x:nsh-m33 if cache and dma is enabled on
those.
## Testing
Tested on current imxrt1180-evk:nsh-m33 and imxrt1180-evk:nsh
configurations, as well as with external app (PX4) that USB remains functional
(it doesn't break anything).
