## Summary This is a small code-cleanup, only for imxrt118x. Move the imxrt118x SRC register defintions to an own file. They differ from the other imxrt chips, and were also scattered between blockctrl and a common imxrt_src headers. ## Impact No functional impact, only re-organizing the header files for imxrt1180. ## Testing Tested compiling in CI, also tested together with other imxrt118x related work that there is no functionality change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
