URL: https://github.com/apache/nuttx-apps/pull/3811

   ## Summary

   `examples/pmstress` walks the PM states in a fixed, timed sequence: active,
idle and standby for `CONFIG_EXAMPLES_PMSTRESS_STEP_SECS` each, then the
deepest state until power off, with a 1 s full-speed burst between the steps. A
logging supply can then record the current of each state with no debugger or
console attached; the bursts show where each step starts.

   On the rp23xx, `pmstress suspend <seconds>` also suspends to RAM with the
`BOARDIOC_RP23XX_SUSPEND` boardctl() command of apache/nuttx#20491, and prints
the wake source. That part is compiled only when the command is defined, so
this example builds without that PR.

   ## Impact

   New example, off by default, depends on `CONFIG_PM`.

   ## Testing

   `tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g` passes. On a Pimoroni Pico Plus 2 W with
apache/nuttx#20491:

   ```
   nsh> pmstress suspend 5
   pmstress: suspending to RAM for 5 s
   pmstress: back, returned 0, wake source 0x00000040
   ```

   I did not run the staircase itself in this round.
