## Summary
The filter was set with level IPPROTO_ICMP, which is 1, the same value
as SOL_SOCKET, so psock_setsockopt() handled it as the socket level
option 1, SO_BROADCAST, and the ICMP filter was never set. ping then
received unrelated ICMP messages (e.g. port unreachable), stopped
waiting for the echo reply of that sequence and counted it as lost:
with port unreachable messages arriving at 50/s, ping -c 20 lost 19
of 20 replies on sim.
The ICMP socket expects ICMP_FILTER at SOL_RAW, as on Linux.
