## Summary
Switch the qemu-armv8a citest and citest_smp defconfigs to nxinit.
## Impact
- citest and citest_smp boot nxinit as the init task, which then spawns `sh`.
- Other qemu-armv8a configs are unaffected.
## Testing
Build Host: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS x86_64, aarch64-none-elf-gcc 13.3.1, QEMU
6.2.0
Target: qemu-armv8a:citest, qemu-armv8a:citest_smp
