Hi @cederom! I'd like to work on this issue. Since PR #193 established the incremental doc build and release restoration, we can now cleanly decouple the Jekyll website build from the Sphinx doc build into separate workflow jobs. This ensures website updates and release announcements can build and deploy independently without being blocked if a Sphinx doc build errors. Could you please assign this issue to me?
