*Note: Please adhere to the [[Contributing Guidelines](https://github.com/apache/nuttx/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md)](https://github.com/apache/nuttx/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md).* ## Summary Align I3C reattach address-slot handling with the Linux I3C core implementation ([[reference](https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/drivers/i3c/master.c)](https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/drivers/i3c/master.c)). When a device changes its dynamic address, mark the new address as occupied and release the old address slot. Also remove the redundant initial reattach call: `attach` already registers the device at its DAA-assigned address, so `reattach` is needed only after an actual address change. ## Impact No public API changes. This fixes stale dynamic address reservations during reattach, allowing the old address slot to be reused. ## Testing Verified on in-house hardware: after issuing RSTDAA and running DAA again, the device is assigned its previous dynamic address. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
