Closing: #20576 converts the PIC32MZ Ethernet driver to netdev_lowerhalf and removes this TX done / poll logic. With the TX quota equal to the number of TX descriptors, the upper half never transmits into a full ring, so the case fixed here no longer exists. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
