arch/arm/imxrt: Add missing IMXRT_XBAR macros for imxrt118x
These macro definitions were left out from imxrt118x_xbar.h. The legacy
naming in IMXRT is IMXRT_XBARA1/2/3, but the header was generated from the
RM, where the names are just IMXRT_XBAR1/IMXRT_XBAR2/IMXRT_XBAR3.
The definitions match, so just use the definitions from the common imxrt
header, and define the IMXRT_XBAR1 as IMXRT_XBARA1 etc.
