boards/stm32f334-disco: Use partial signal support in buckboost.
The buckboost configuration has 448 bytes of flash left (64 KB part),
and nothing in it uses signal handlers, signal masks or process
signals. Select CONFIG_ENABLE_PARTIAL_SIGNALS: this saves 720 bytes
of flash.
