## Summary
codespell reports two words in
`Documentation/os/scheduling/cancellation_points.rst`:
```
cancellation_points.rst:30: Cancelation ==> Cancellation
cancellation_points.rst:68: cancelability ==> cancellability
```
The `check` job runs `tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g <range>` and codespell
checks every file that a commit in the range touches.
8f112cf365 ("docs/cancellation_points: Fix typos and grammar.") touches this
file, so the `check` job fails for every pull request whose range includes that
commit, for example #20634 and #20648.
This change uses "Cancellation" in the section title (and makes the
underline one character longer) and "re-enable cancellation" in the note.
## Impact
Documentation only.
## Testing
`./tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g 8f112cf365~1..8f112cf365` fails on master
with the two errors above.
`./tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g 8f112cf365~1..HEAD` passes with this
change.
