## Summary
virtio_net_recv() ignored the result of virtqueue_enable_cb(), so a buffer
the device used just before the callback was enabled raised no interrupt and
stayed in the ring until the next RX interrupt. Take it right away instead.

automate tests from https://github.com/railab/nuttx-testlab:
- Modbus node-to-node tests on rv-virt and armv8a, both virtio-net,
sometimes failed with -104 (connection reset) or -110 (timeout).
- nxmodbus sends each reply with writev(), so it goes out as two TCP
segments back to back. The second segment arrived at the application about 1 s
late, after its timeout had expired and it had closed the socket.
