STM32_FDCAN on H7 selected the NET_CAN_HAVE_* symbols unconditionally, which gives unmet dependency warnings when the FDCAN is used without SocketCAN (character driver). Tested: stm32h735g-dk:fdcan configures without Kconfig warnings, nucleo-h743zi2:socketcan builds unchanged.
