commit 5c2fae253382b31555228318988038c23667c81b
Author: Marco Casaroli <[email protected]>

    syscall: Add pause() to the system call table.

    pause() is implemented in sched/signal/sig_pause.c, but it has no
    system call entry. In a protected or kernel build, user programs that
    call pause() fail to link.

    Add pause() to syscall.csv and to syscall_lookup.h, with the same
    condition as the implementation (!CONFIG_DISABLE_ALL_SIGNALS).
