Documentation/ostest: Describe the time slices of the round-robin test.

The round-robin test of ostest now counts the time slices of its two
threads. CONFIG_TESTING_OSTEST_RR_RUNS is the number of time slices of
each thread, and CONFIG_TESTING_OSTEST_RR_RANGE is the end of the range
that the threads search one number at a time.

    Describe the two options again.
