   ## Summary

   The docs said the NVDS at the top of the flash (0x083fb000) holds the RF
calibration and the MAC address, and that erasing it breaks the radio. That is
not the case. The radio reads the RF calibration and the MAC from the EFUSE,
and the NVDS holds only the BLE bonding data.

   - `libwifi.a` never touches the NVDS. It imports `wifi_efuse_env`,
`is_efuse_has_rf_k` and `rf_efuse_read`.
   - Only `libble_max.a` uses the NVDS (`ble_nvds_put/get`).

   This PR fixes the chip and board docs, the Kconfig help and the comments,
and drops `GD32VW55X_WIFI_NVDS_PATH`, which nothing uses.

   ## Impact

   Docs and comments only, plus the removal of an unused Kconfig option. No
code changes.

   ## Testing

   ```
   $ ./tools/configure.sh -l gd32vw553k-start:wapi
   $ make -j
   $ ./tools/configure.sh -l gd32vw553k-start:littlefs
   $ make -j
   ```

   Both build, and `savedefconfig` matches the defconfigs. On a
GD32VW553K-START running `wapi`, the NVDS read over J-Link holds only the
`NVDS` header and an empty `ble_local_data` entry, while the radio works:

   ```
   nsh> ifconfig
   wlan0        Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 7c:fa:80:d9:84:f5 at UP mtu 1500
   nsh> wapi scan wlan0
   bssid / frequency / signal level / encode / ssid
   FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF    2437    -23     0800    @GUZM
   ...
   ```
