Hi @raiden00pl, are you still working on ISO-TP, or do you have a local branch? I checked current master and PRs: there's only the `CAN_ISOTP` placeholder in include/nuttx/can.h, and can_setup() accepts the protocol but send/recv/sockopts reject it. If you'd like help, I'd be happy to take it on. My rough plan: - Linux-compatible `CAN_ISOTP` socket in net/can (same uapi: sockaddr_can.tp, SOL_CAN_ISOTP, OPTS/RECV_FC/TX_STMIN/RX_STMIN/LL_OPTS), gated under NET_CAN_ISOTP - small PRs: prep refactor (per-protocol dispatch in can_sockif, no behavior change) → SF + RX reassembly → TX + flow control → options + CAN FD → docs - apps: isotpsend/isotprecv-style tools, and a socket↔pty bridge so NSH/gdbstub can run over ISO-TP unchanged - testing on sim:can against the Linux can-isotp module over vcan Two design questions I'd like your view on: timers (hrtimer for sub-ms STmin, or fall back to tick resolution?) and PDU buffers (IOB chains vs. a buffer allocated per transfer, capped by a Kconfig max). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
