examples/microwindows: add images/*.c and convbmp to .gitignore and clean
fix
The generated image files and the convbmp utility should
not be seen as newly added/untracked files by GIT.
Oder local clean after Application.mk provided clean,
because Application.mk cleans objects files
in the images directory and then local clean
can remove directory which should be empty
by that time.
