## Summary
Fix the beacon-enabled PAN of the nRF52/nRF53/nRF54L IEEE 802.15.4 radio:
beacon TX in its own state, superframe timed from the RTC, slotted CSMA-CA
implemented, nRF54L superframe on its own GRTC interrupt group.
