boards/arm/stm32h5/nucleo-h563zi: Add ARCH_BOARD_COMMON to the dac
defconfig.
Commit 4b371168af1 added CONFIG_ARCH_BOARD_COMMON=y to the defconfigs of
the Nucleo boards, and the dac configuration came in a parallel change
(d94ca301e1b) without it. The defconfig is therefore not normalized, and
the CI build of nucleo-h563zi:dac fails in its "Normalize" step on every
pull request that builds the stm32h5 boards.
