## Summary
netdev_input() returned with d_len unchanged when no IOB was free or the
packet was copied only in part, so the driver found a d_len of the received
packet and sent it out again as a reply.
## Impact
Under IOB exhaustion, received packets are dropped instead of echoed back
## Testing
nRF52840-DK / nRF54LM20-DK 6LoWPAN pair and star, with IOB pressure from
1232-byte ping6 and TCP
