Another way to see the bug on master: `nrf52840-dk:ostest_tickless` (it has `RR_INTERVAL=200`), NSH running `usleep 1000`, `usleep 20000`, `usleep 150000`, `sleep 1`, `usleep 1` in turns. On master the shell hangs after about 60 commands (CPU idle in `up_idle()`, no alarm pending); with this PR 2000 commands run through. With `RR_INTERVAL=0` master doesn't hang in 600 commands: the round-robin timeslice reprograms the alarm much more often. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
