## Summary on top of https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/21043 Reorganize the CAN socket code so that CAN_RAW is one protocol module on top of a protocol-independent core. This prepares SocketCAN for other CAN protocols, such as ISO-TP, which need their own socket interface, connection state and handling of received frames.
