boards/arm/tiva/lm3s6965-ek: Drop tftpc from qemu-protected to free flash.
lm3s6965-ek:qemu-protected fills its 128 KiB user flash region
(uflash) almost completely, so small growth in apps makes its build
fail with "region `uflash' overflowed".
Disable the TFTP client library, which also removes the NSH get and
put commands. The configuration keeps its other network tools (ping,
DHCP, DNS, telnetd, netcat).
