drivers/rpmsg: take the ping fill byte as unsigned char

rpmsg_ping_once() received its fill byte as plain char, whose
signedness is implementation-defined, and passed it to memset().
memset() converts the value to unsigned char, so the bytes written are
the same either way; use unsigned char to make the intent explicit.
    No functional change.
