Add NIMBLE_EVENTQ_SIZE for the depth of the NuttX NPL event queues. Mesh needs a deeper queue: with 16 entries the host deadlocks during provisioning, so default to 32 when NIMBLE_MESH is enabled. Tested: nrf54lm20-dk NimBLE mesh provisioning (32), nrf54l15-tag NimBLE peripheral (16).
