[PR] boards/stm32: use VCOM as default for all nucleo boards [nuttx]

   ## Summary
   
   Use VCOM as default serial port interface for all nucleo boards.
   
   I have no idea why some Nucleo boards didn't use VCOM by default, but it’s 
not very user-friendly.
   
   ## Impact
   
   standardize nucleo boards serial port
   
   ## Testing
   
   Tested on HW: NUCLEO-F722ZE, NUCLEO-F767ZI, NUCLEO-G491RE (the same LPUART1 
CVP as in NUCLEO-G491RE).
   
   Build only: NUCLEO-F429ZI, NUCLEO-F746ZG
