## Summary Follow-up to review feedback from @xiaoxiang781216 on apache/nuttx-apps#3931 Renames `CONFIG_TEST_LOOP_SCALE` to `CONFIG_TESTING_LOOP_SCALE` in `testing/ostest/Kconfig` and `testing/ostest/spinlock.c` to conform with the standard `CONFIG_TESTING_*` namespace convention used throughout `apps/testing/`. ## Impact Renames Kconfig option `TEST_LOOP_SCALE` to `TESTING_LOOP_SCALE`. Improves naming consistency across `apps/testing/ostest`.
