Reworked as discussed: the `kick_host` op is dropped and the change is now driver-only. `imx9_rptun_get_resource()` rings GIR1 right after a fresh resource table has been copied, with a `UP_DSB()` before the MU write. The rptun framework is not changed. @casaroli the build results (`mr-navq95b:rpmsg` with `IMX9_RPTUN_KICK_HOST` and `IMX9_RPTUN_ALWAYS_COPY_RSC_TABLE` off/on, no warnings) are in the description now.
