Documentation should be built for each release branch/tag into a subdirectory of the web root with a name identifying the release. Depending on how we want to pass the set of documentation versions to the sphinx build (so they are accessible as links from the sidebar), each job should also receive, via an environment variable, the list of release names we want to offer.
