## Summary This PR adds initial support for the Espressif Systems **ESP32-C3** chip and the ESP32-C3 DevKit board. ESP32-C3 is a single-core Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE 5.0 microcontroller SoC, based on the open-source **RISC-V** architecture. ## Impact Support for a new chip and a development kit board.
