Regarding the bootloader and partition-table: We want to create a repo to host them in Espressif's Github. Then we will have an official place where people can get them. However, I don't want to hook them into the build system. These are a one time step. Once flashed the user doesn't need them anymore. We will explain this step in the documentation..
