This kind of short, unadorned naming will always lead to problems and name collisions. Again, I recommend that you consider CONFIG_INPUT_TOUCHSCREEN and CONFIG_INPUT_MOUSE instead of CONFIG_TOUCHSCREEN and CONFIG_MOUSE.
