## Summary This PR intends to add a Kconfig option for conditionally enable RTTI support on C++ applications. ## Impact Should have no impact for existing defconfigs. Most of those that enable C++ support pass `-fno-rtti` to the compiler. Just `sim:libcxxtest` assumed RTTI support. ## Testing CI pass. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
