Log:
Found that smoothfeather is ignoring the VT_HDR_IMAGE_URL setting and instead
is referring to the image in a css file; updated the reference to the logo so
it shows up again, but this REALLY should use the parameter instead of being
hard coded as that is part of the theme implementation
