Applied fix from trunk revision: 790924.
Applied patch from jira issue OFBIZ-2694 (In Accouting Payment Section The
PaymentSubTabBar options are not working properly, so converting it to ftl so
that desired functionality can be achieved.)
There were bug reported Menu Widget code and for more details see the
discussion available at OFBIZ-2684.
