A patch from Erwan de FERRIERES "2nd amelioration on time-dropdowns" 
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-2955) - OFBIZ-2955
When using drop-downs, the timestamp is fully displayed (date + time), this 
patch will show only the date in the date textbox, and the time (hours + 
minutes) are using the drop-downs
