A patch from Sascha Rodekamp "The minimize/enlarge buttons (+ -) blocks the
layer" (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-3692) - OFBIZ-3692
The previous related fix (r942084) was working locally but not on the demo
server. We have not ideas why yet but this patch is a try to fix this issue...
