Log:
We have decided to use only one HTML editor and it's elrte jQuery plugin.
So WhizzyWig is not needed anymore. I removed also WhizzyWig Notice and while
at it Scriptaculous Notice (which should have been removed when we merged
jQuery branch)
BTW, is CoolTips Notice still needed?
