Log:
Makes First and Last names optional in createPerson service. This allows to
implement simple create user login screen where user is able create account in
system with username and password and then later populate rest of the account
information.
I did not change simple-methods where processor-name="person" is called (in
call-map-processor) because I think we want this change only in createPerson
service. Hopefully with the comment it will be now quite obvious
