A patch from Kiran Gawde https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-4491
"CommonUiLabels resource is missing from
EmailOrderScreens.xml#OrderConfirmNotice"
Due to this various labels are not expanded in the email.
Added <property-map resource="CommonUiLabels" map-name="uiLabelMap"
global="true"/>
