Log:
[OFBIZ-4520] Changed method used for enabling submit button. Issue reported by 
Martin Kreidenweis. Thanks for reporting and giving a fix patch. The code 
changes are not same as the patch on jira issue. Now the bulk printing for 
invoices is working. Will be better if we were will push invoices to the 
printer directly like in order manager. May be some other day :)
