Log:
This updates the CountryCode entity data only. I did not find, nor needed, the 
CountryCapital and CountryTeleCode data. Updating those can be done later...

Note: I used https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#search and 
http://www.iso.org/iso/home/standards/country_codes/country_names_and_code_elements.htm.
 I also subscribed to 3166 Newsletters for continued update...
